Hi john lord,
Yes, all our forms can be integrated with Authorize.net, and you don't need a connector to do that. The following details can be sent to your Authorize.net dashboard:
- Shipping Name
- Shipping Address
- Customer Email
- Customer Phone
- Invoice Number
- Customer Company Name
Let me show you how to integrate your form with Authorize.net:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- From the Payments tab, select Authorize.net.
- Click on the Wand icon and fill out the Gateway Credentials.
- Click on Additional Gateway Settings and set it up according to your preference.
- Click on Continue at the bottom of the page.
To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Integrate Authorize.net with Jotform.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

looks like 2 differant strings. Merchant is a plumbing contractor I do not think they are a plumbing supply co. CLients could be a real estate management company managing homes and apartments for the landlord so the location of the job will be differant than the cardholder billing address. So knowing what the merchant does, what example can you provide that is similar to the one they currently use?

Hi john lord,
You can change the field label of the address field to the site location address. I've given a guide here on how to do that. I've made a sample form that's similar to the one you have provided on your screenshot. You can clone and check my form here.
