Hi
How do I have the time field as free text (numbers), not select from drop down?

Hi NSWRFS,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. By default, Time field is shown as free text rather than dropdown. If it's showing differently in your end, could you share with us the screenshot and form URL so we can check more into it?
Once we heard back from you, we'll be able to help you with it.

Hi NSWRFS,
I cloned your form and easily replicated the issue. This is due to a lack of themes applied to your form. To resolve this issue, you'll just need to use a Theme. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
2. Now, go to the Themes tab.
3. Hover your mouse over your preferred themes and click the Use Theme option.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

HI, by doing that it changed the whole layout of my form. Can I change the time to free text without changing the theme?

Also, It has removed our logo from the top. I am not experienced enough to get back the form the way I had it; can you?

Hi NSWRFS,
Unfortunately, when I test it, I can't apply the changes to just the Time Field. Also, if your logo is no longer available, you can simply re-upload it in the form. Let me to show you how:
1. Click the Add Your Logo on top of the form.
2. Then upload the image for your logo.
If you did not want the changes made to the form. You can change the form back to its previous version using our Revision History feature. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi NSWRFS,
We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
