Hi Cristian,
Connecting the AI Agent to WhatsApp requires you to log in to your Facebook account to complete the setup. But since you're getting a message when you're logging in to Facebook, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Cristian,
Can you try to log out and log in from your Jotform account, and try it again to see if the message will still display? You can also try to use a different browser or device when connecting your AI Agent via Facebook login. If you run into the same issue again, you can provide us with the link to your AI Agent so we can check what's going on. You can easily find your AI Agent URL in AI Agent Builder. Let me show you how:
- In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Standalone tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Parece que desde mi celular si deja conectarlo, tengo una duda el numero de whatssap debe ser business ? no debe ser el personal si? tambien habria que tener una cuenta en whatssap en blanco desde cero si? es que me dice la cuenta ya esta de whatssap ya esta en uso

AI Agents require a WhatsApp business account for connection. Whether you have an existing WhatsApp business account or you're about to create a new one, you'll be able to connect it to your AI Agent. If you have a WhatsApp business account and are getting a message that the account is already in use, can you take a screenshot again and send it to us for further investigation? But make sure you're connecting your AI Agent to a WhatsApp business account since a WhatsApp personal account isn't allowed to be used. Yo pase mi cuenta de whatssap a whatsapp business pero no se si por eso es que no me deja
Intente y ahora no me deja seleccionar mas nombres
y si selecciono que cree anteriormente sale esto:
