Does my submission count restore if I restore the deleted submission data?

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the submission count? If so, when you restore your submission data, the submission limit will not increase. But the total submission will, it will count all your submissions in all of your form. Until you purge and permanently delete the submission data, the submission storage will decrease. Total submission is like a storage for your submissions, once your overlimit, the oldest submission data will automatically delete.
