Constant Contact integration stopped working.

    1. I connected a 'new membership' jotform to a 'tentative new members' list in Constant Contact. It worked the first time used, but did not work last night, when a new application was submitted.
    2. When I clicked on integration->constant contact, I was asked to grant permissions that never appeared before.
    3. IS THIS A NEW REQUIREMENT AND WILL IT AFFECT ALL MY EXISTING JOTFORM-CONSTANT CONTACT INTEGRATION?
    4. In any case, I granted access, and it appears that all is connected correctly.
    5. Is there a way to force last night's jotforms submission to populate the Constant Contact list? Otherwise there are quite a few fields that will need to be manually copied.

    Hi Mel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you were able to send the contact to Constant Contact in the first try, you should be able to do it again without any issue, unless there is any restriction on your Constant Contact account. I tried to replicate the issue on my end, but I was not able to see the grant permissions window. You can share a screenshot of the grant permissions window and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
