Unable to assign form.

    Hello I’m having the same problem. Nobody seems to be receiving their forms thanks

    Hi Chloe,

    Just to confirm, are you trying to assign a form using the Jotform Mobile App? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. In the meantime, can you try to check if the mobile app is updated to it's latest version? If not, try to reinstall the app and assign the form again to see if the issue persists. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thanks shirized I’m using the mobile app. Can I just check to send it to clients I assign and then put their email address in? It’s just worked for me to my own email but not always to other people. Let me try and reset it all

    Hi Chloe,

    Yes, you can ask your clients if they see the form that was assigned to them and if they encounter an error. We have a guide about how to do that here. You can also try to assign the form again after reinstalling the app. You can do that by copying the assignee link to invite them by Email. Take a look at the screenshot below:
