Hi Emily,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform's PDF Editor lets you easily change or edit the form fields in the PDF files used for submissions. Any changes you make will be applied directly to the files to be downloaded. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic Elements tab, select the elements that you want to add.
3. You can also remove or edit the form fields shown on the PDF by clicking on the corresponding (Gear and Trash) icons below them.
4. Under the Form Fields tab, you can see the form fields that you have on your original form, and add the ones that you want to see on your PDF too.
