Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the link you shared is already expired. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. You can also use Loom to screen record and share the link with us.
Now, let me help you with your question. Can you try clearing your browser cache? It helps resolve loading issues. Also, please make sure that none of the form fields used in the report have been deleted or modified. If a field that the report relies on is missing, it can cause data loading issues

Hello, apologies.
I have cleared the cache, that did not help.
This is the table: you can see there is data.
But when we click on the report, it just says loading and never loads the data. I tried recreating the report and it still doesn’t work. Other tables for which we have reports are working correctly.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try to re-create your report again? Let me show you how to do it:- In the Form Tables, click on the New Tab and choose Reports.
- Choose the Forms and then hit Next.
- Lastly, choose the Extended Reports and then hit Next.
I've cleared your Form Caches as well to check if that will make changes to your forms.

Hello,
i have used the report builder before, and am familiar with how it works. I have also already been able to view this report and show it to others about a couple of weeks ago, just today it is not loading.
I even tried opening in a different browser. I have another form that has a table setup with a report and it loads fine and has over 1000 responses and that loads fine.I need to be able to use this report tomorrow, is it corrupt and needs to be redone??

Hi quecheeclub,
Can you please check your browser and see if any related plugins are up to date? Sometimes, browser extensions can interfere with loading. Try accessing the report in an incognito or private browsing window.
If the same thing happens again and if the report is corrupted, try recreating it from scratch. Follow the steps provided by Wilson to create a new report.
