my account is running out of space

    Hi,


    I own a very small fitness business and have my 25 clients sign an waiver annually using the free version of Jotform. I tried to do this today and received a message that my account is running out of space. It then gave me 3 options Gold, silver and bronze to choose from


    It doesn't make sense for me to pay a monthly fee when I use your product annually for a small group. Can you help me or provide more cost effective options?

    Hi Cindy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I check your account, I see that you're still far from exceeding the limit. Can you check again and see if you still get an error? If you still do, can you share a screenshot of it with us? This guide will show you how to do that. You can see your limits as well on your account. Let me show you how to navigate to it:

    1. Go to the account's Usage page.
    2. On the left panel, click on Usage and you'll then see your Monthly and Total Usage.
