Getting account suspended error

    Hi there,

    This morning I discovered my Jotform account (jotform@jvmlending.com) was disabled. I'm not sure as to why, as I use this account to receive requests to make flyers for real estate agents, collect employee of the month votes, and other misc. office polls, like baby shower gifts, wedding registry gifts, etc.I'm hoping I can get some help to quickly regain access to my account.

    Hi lindseyhjvm,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the email address, I was able to confirm that the account is active and can be access anytime. Can you share a screenshot that the account is showing as disabled? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    When I went to login about 20 minutes ago I received this error.

    Hi lindseyhjvm,

    I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. Can you please confirm that you are trying to log into the Jotform account using this email address: jotform@jvmlending.com? The error of account suspension you can get when the account is suspended but, your account is active. If you have any other Jotform account, then can you please share with us the email address or the username so we can check?

    It will be helpful, if you can try again after clearing your Google Chrome's caches? Do note that when you clear your browser caches; you will be automatically logged out from many websites. You can also share with us the screencast using Loom or any other screen recording software. You can share the link here, and we will be able to check it out.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Gaud,

    Yes, I was logging in with jotform@jvmlending.com, I only have the one Jotform account, no other logins.

    I went ahead and tried logging in again and was successfully able to access my account.
