How to make form private?

    Also, can you help to make it private? We have the URL in the question and would like to keep it private, thanks

    Hi ecace,

    You can set your form to Private, but users will need to sign in or create a Jotform account to access it. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. Under Quick Share, click the Settings link at the top-right of the form’s direct URL.
    3. Select Private in access settings.

    You can then share your form using the option provided below. If you have a Starter plan, you can only invite 10 people.

    Then, your users will be prompted to see the following page:
