Is there a way to send you a screen recording? I do have screen shots otherwise. I am having trouble remembering how I imported data from my jotform tables to be viewed in desired tabs. Idk if I am being clear enough.

    Hi Kelly,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand correctly, you're trying to import your data into an existing Jotform Table. If so, you can easily do that. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on New Tab.

    2. Select Tables from the Create a New Tab window that comes up.

    3. Click on Next at the bottom right corner of the Create a New Tab window.

    4. Then select Import Data.

    5. And, click on Next.

    6. Upload your file in the Import From File Window and click on Next at the bottom right corner of the window.

    7. Set the Column Types in the Import From File window that comes up and click on Create at the bottom right side of the window.

You will then be able to view and manage your data in the new tab.

If that's not exactly you're looking for, can you provide a bit more detail? Additionally, if you have a screen recording of the problem, you can share it through a public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

Thank you for getting back from me. It's not from a file I'd like to gather the details from. They are working forms that I need to gather info from for the next 9 months.

    Hello Kelly,

Do you want to import or get data from a Submission Table to another table in your account? If yes, you can check out this guide for instructions to do that. If not, please share more details about what you're trying to achieve. As for a video attachment, I recommend you upload your screencast to a third-party cloud storage such as Google Drive or One Drive, and then share the public link with us. If you want to share screenshots instead, let me walk you through how to share images and screenshots with us:

    Hi Kelly,

Sure thing, you can take a screen recording using Loom, and share the Loom link with us. Or, you can also upload the video to your Google Drive account, and share the G-Drive link with us, with its access setting to Public.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.

I am attempting to make another table like this 2023 - 2024 log for the 2024 - 2025 school year. I will need to see these stats.

However, if I click on the three dots beside, for example, PQI Preschool in my 2024 - 2025 log and select the 'Manage Columns" tab, I am not seeing the same options in "Manage Columns" as the 2023-2024 log to view. Options such as:

Month, School, School Level and so on.

    Hi Kelly,

Yes, the Loom video is visible. That helped me to understand what’s happening. From what I'm seeing, you're trying to add new tabs for the submission entries on your CPC Breakfast Program Log 2024 - 2025 form. You actually started creating the new tab right, except for this part wherein you need to select Connect to Form instead of Start from Scratch:

Let me walk you through the whole steps:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on +New Tab in the green navigation bar.
    2. Select Table, click on Next.
    3. Select Connect to Form and click on Next. The form CPC Breakfast Program Log 2024 - 2025 will be selected by default. Click on Next.
    4. You can now start managing the columns. Click on Create once done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
