Is it possible to Customize Jotform Sign Audit email?

Hi - we're hoping to customize the Jotform Sign audit email containing the generated PDF.

• Can it be sent to a designated email or multiple emails or will it only come to the primary account?
• Is there a way to customize anything related to the automated email? For example the subject of the email is: "Your [name of form] has been signed successfully!" The body only has text about the completed document and links. Is there any way to include any elements from the form either in the email subject line or body to associate the email and PDF with the form information?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize the Jotform Sign Document Audit email. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. Meanwhile, let me answer your questions one by one:

1. The Jotform Sign Document email will go to the registered email address of your Jotform account. It can't be sent to the multiple email addresses.
2. Since you won't be able to customize this Automated Email, but if you wish you can edit the PDF document in the PDF Editor, and attach it to the Notification Email, and an Autoresponder Email.

It is important that you customize the PDF document in the PDF Editor and then, attach it to the Notification Email. Here are the steps on how to customize the PDF document:

1.  Click on the Downward Arrow icon in Form Builder.
2.  Select PDF Editor.
3.  In PDF Editor, you can create as many PDF documents as you want by clicking on New PDF and then customize it using the PDF Designer option. That's it.

You can attach the PDF files into your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to On position, and select the PDF file you created.

5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

You can use this option and customize the Notification Email body and the subject line and attach the customize PDF document, while the feature you are looking for isn't available.
