Error 429 too many requests #30

We are receiving this error on a form we just sent out. please help us figure this out. ive seen other answers to this question on your site but there is no way there are too many people from the same IP address. thanks!!!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For security reasons, we have a rate limit of 60 form submissions per 1 minute from the same IP address; the form should be submitted successfully in the next minute if you do not exceed the limit. I've cleared your form's caches. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens?

We are sorry for the issue you experienced.

We apply some security limits for the forms. There are two different rate limiters here.

If your form gets 10 and more payment related errors in 1 hour, we show "429 too many requests #30" error on the page .

If your form gets more than 15 payments in 1 hour from the same IP, we show "429 too many requests #21" error on the page.

These rate limiters are for preventing fraud attempts. If you still want to increase the rate limit for a specific form, please share the form id (or form ids) with us.
