One of my client told me that the invoice that was generated by jotform sais
Sorry ther has ben an error we are working on that
Could you please tell me hoe I can get rid of that error message? -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I took a look at your form, and I noticed that the invoice feature in the Payment Settings is currently not enabled.
The error message you're mentioning 'Sorry there has been an error we are working on that' doesn't seem to be coming from the JotForm invoice settings. Also, could you provide a bit more detail or a screenshot of where exactly you’re seeing this error message? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. That would help me understand better and guide you more accurately.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thank you for your reply. I see this error message in my jotform profile if I got to my form Invoice
there you can see the error message ...

Hi Jo,
I checked your invoice and saw the invoice with an error. Like my colleague mentioned, can you toggle enable invoice button on and try again? Let me show you how to do:
1. In Form Builder, click on your payment element and go to Invoice in the opening menu.
2. Toggle on Enable Invoice and customize it as you want.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
