    Hi

I built my form and added the code to my website page and it opens fine..
Two issues. When the restaurant customer completes the form and hits 'Reserve' how does the restaurant know about the booking?
Also, On my form, the hours are from 7 am but I only need it from 10 am
Where can I set the hours for later bookings as it stops a 7 pm and needs to be up to 11 pm

    Thanks

    Peter

I can't add a screenshot as a file but here it is as a link

I fixed the hours issue so only the issue about how the restaurant becomes aware of the reservation.
I'll keep trying to fix ithat myself while waiting.

    Hi

Every time I look at the form on my website I see different opening hours. It's driving me mad.
The hours on the form are different to the hours on my website.
How can I do each day separately?

    Hi Peter,

I have checked the form and your website, the hours are the same. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Form:

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 40

    Your website:

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 51

I have checked further and it shows that you have the Default Time zone. You can also lock the Time zone, this will Disable the time zone selection for users. Users will only see appointments in your time zone. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and go to the Appointment field.
    2. Click on the Gear Icon.
    3. Under Properties, click on Advanced.
    4. Then Turn On the Lock the Time Zone.

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 62

If the same thing happens again, Can you take a screenshot of the appointment field in the form and your website and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for that, time zone is locked.
My video explains my main issue now as my view of the live website opening hours differs from yours.
For sure it must be me that is missing something.
I hope I don't confuse you as I seem to repeat myself more than once.

    Hi Peter,

To make sure that the time zone is locked properly in the form, the change needs to be done within the Appointment field settings, not the field itself. In your video, I saw that you changed the time zone from the field and locked it from the field settings. Let me show you the correct way:

    1. In Form Builder, go to the Appointment field and click on its Gear icon.
    2. Go to the Advanced tab.
    3. Select the Default Time Zone to London. You can also search it to make it easier for you to set.
    4. Click Lock Time Zone again to re-enable it. To make sure that it's set, the time zone showing on the Appointment field in the form should show Europe/London. Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 50

As for the time intervals for the field, it only shows that you are using 2 time intervals for one Appointment field. But, it is not set correctly as you have one that covers the whole week, and one for weekdays, which create conflict for both. Let's set it up as how you like it to be:

For weekdays, you said you want an interval of 10:00 AM until 11 PM. It's already set the way you want it, with appointment schedules only set until 10:30 PM. The only thing we need to set are the days it will cover. Let's start:

    1. In the Appointment settings, go to Availability tab.
    2. Go to Intervals and click the dropdown to set the days.
    3. Make sure to only select Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 61

Now for weekends, follow the same steps above, but make sure to select Saturday and Sunday for it.

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 72

As for the time, it's depends on what time you want the days to be available, so you can set it however you like. So long as the time zone is set, everything should work well.

Once the changes have been made, it's best to re-embed the form so they can show exactly how it should on your website. I suggest using the IFrame code of your form for it. Let me show you how to get it:

    1. In Form Builder, select Publish from the orange navigation bar.
    2. Go to Embed and select IFrame from the list.
    3. Click on Copy Code and once done, use it to embed the form onto your website.
Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 83

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I could delete that page and go back to a blank page and start again if you think that will help.

    Hi Peter,

Once you create changes with the information in your form and it is embedded in a website, it is best to re-embed your form again to avoid experiencing some errors and the changes will reflect on your embedded website. Like what my colleague said you can use IFrame Method to embed your form again.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Peter,

It looks like you mistakenly added 3 more Appointment elements. If you don't need the three Appointment elements at the bottom of the form, you can delete them by clicking on the Trash Bin icon next to each of them. Here's a screenshot of the button:

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 20

Also, I compared the time slots on the form builder and on the embedded form and they matched.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

I created a new page /reserve-your-table and added the iFrame code.
I have multiple versions of the code. Where did I go wrong?
I will ask the support people of my WordPress theme if I should have used a special section they have available to add the iFrame code.

    Hi Peter,

I see that the top most Appointment field on your embedded form is in the Europe/Istanbul time zone. I see that it is the same in the Form Builder. Can you update the timezone in the Form Builder and check if the embed code gets updated?

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

My video will show you all my steps to create this form although I don’t see how it would change the fact that I have many instances of the form on my page.

Is there something I did or didn’t do correctly? Here’s my video.

    Hi Peter,

I have checked your website and it shows that you have added multiple appointment fields in your form. Take a look at the screencast below:

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 30

Do you intend to add 5 appointment fields? If not, you need to delete the other appointment fields and once deleted try to reembed the form again. Let me show you how to delete other appointment fields:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and go to the appointment field.
    2. Click on the Trash icon.

Appointment: Available hours are not the same when the form is embedded on the website Screenshot 41

Please understand....I did not add these instances....I completed the form as per your instructions....

Anyway, I will do as you suggest and hope it works.

Here is a video showing that I deleted all but one instance.

However....as you will see, having set the hours in the panel they are different to the hours now on my website.

    Hi Peter,

I cloned the most recent version of your form and I was able to reproduce the issue where the time slots do not start at 10:00 AM despite of setting up the intervals to start at 10:00 AM. Upon investigating, the slots start at 5 PM only for today's date. Since it's already past 2:00 PM in the London time zone, the next available slots that users can choose is 5:00 PM.

If you scroll to the future days, you'll see that the slots start at 10:00 AM. Check the screencast below:
