Getting error re-uploading a pdf file to my form.

having trouble uploading my pdf document on chrome, it works well on edge, but doesn't upload on chrome.

Can you clear your browser cache in your Chrome? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Also, can you take a screenshot and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

I did clear the cache and it has not resolved the issue.

May I know what device are you using and what version of Chrome are you also using? Have you tried using a different device to access the form? Lastly, I checked the forms in your account and can't see this specific form in your account, can you share to us the link to the form so we can test it out? As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
