I too am having this same issue with the emoji slider not generating proper bar values in the report. Does it have to do with the calulation values? I tried that, but no success.

    Hi foodconcepts,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested our Emoji Slider and generated a report with a Bar chart type but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screenshot below:

It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi foodconcepts,

I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we are unable to provide an ETA on when the issue will be resolved. Rest assured that we will provide an update as soon as we have one.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this.

I did a little more testing and learned something that might be of use for your developers. Please see the attached imagery and notice I did several tests. What I was able to hone it down to, is the report builder code must be written in a way that it is referencing the default values for each row ['Service Quality', 'Cleanliness', 'Responsiveness', 'Friendliness']. If you modify any of these fields, even if you simply edit the text (e.g. delete the word 'Quality' from 'Service Quality', and even type it back in after deletion) it will break the link to the properly functioning reporting feature. The visual report on a emoji-slider still shows only one range of score, even though there are 4 questions.
