I am no longer receiving the email notifications for the hybrid first step request form. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies and that was unsuccesful.

    Hi CofG_Planning,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you share to us the email address you used so we can check it if it is in the bounce list? The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist.

To avoid this issues, here is a guide on how to prevent email bouncing. You could also whitelist our IP addresses to avoid emails being blocked due to any security filter, this guide will help you with that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks for the reply! The email address being used is DoD_FirstStep@cityofgainesville.org. This hasn't changed and previously we were recieving the emails to that address with no problems. We also have several different forms set up to go to other email addresses and those are still functioning correctly.

    Hi CofG_Planning,

I checked, and it seems the email address that you provided, D**_Fi***S***@cit**************.o** is in the bounce list. The reason for this was a bounce error that occurred due to an issue with the domain of the sender address. Specifically, host mx1.hc6311-67.iphmx.com rejected due to poor reputation of a domain used in message transfer.

We have now removed the email address from the bounce list. You should be able to receive the emails going forward. We also have a guide about How to Remove Your Email Address From the Bounce List that you can check out.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
