How can I add new PDF to my form?

Hi there,

So have an existing Notification, which over time has had a number of PDF created for it.

The Very first PDF in the Tab Order (when using PDF Editor) has a sub menu/toolbar of BUILD SETTING PUBLISH. When any of the other PDFs are in focus, this same toolbar isn't visible.

I need to use a New PDF, and set some of the sections to be Hidden.

I can't workout how to make the new PDF have the Toolbar menu settings.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To re-add the PDF editor, you can just add a new PDF document in the PDF editor and customize it to look like an invoice. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, click on +New PDF and select PDF document.
2. Customize it like the previous one.
3. Once done, click on the 3 dots on the existing invoice PDF tab and select delete.

Once you have created the new PDF, please ensure that you select it in the email for it to be attached. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select email from the left panel.
3. Hover the mouse over the email and click on the pencil icon.
4. Under the advance tab, check the box next to New PDF and click on Sav

Please ensure to attach the new pdf in both the notification email and the autoresponder email; the steps are the same for both.

Hi there, this hasn't given me what I needed.
I've not removed all the draft PDFs that existed, and the App generated a new Default.

The BUILD SETTING PUBLISH toolbar is not visible.

Please note that there are two types of PDF in the PDF editor page. You can create a PDF Document in which you can customize the submission report. You can also create a PDF Form that can be filled out using a PDF Reader.

Note that the toolbar that you're looking for is only available in the PDF Form:

This toolbar feature is not available in the PDF document:
