Conditions Page: Not loading and help with setting up complex conditional logic for required fields

In addition to this, I am trying to set up the following conditional logic in my form:1. Fiador (Roshōnin)

• The user selects "Sim" (Yes) or "Não" (No).
• If "Sim" (Yes) is selected, the Fiador section should become required (mandatory) to fill in.
  except "Cartão do Seguro de Saúde (Hokensho) do fiador" and "Cartão My Number do fiador"
• If "Não" (No) is selected, the section should remain optional, allowing the user to skip it.

2. Informações da Empreiteira / Empresa

• In this section, the user chooses between different company options (there are three sets of fields: name, address, and phone number for each option).
• When a user selects one specific option, only that set of fields should become required.
• If the user selects multiple options (for example, they have both companies), all the relevant fields for the chosen options should become required.

Since I cannot currently access the Conditions page due to the blank screen issue, I am unable to configure or fix this myself.Could you please help me:

1. Fix the issue where the Settings → Conditions page does not load (shows blank).
2. Optionally, help me correctly set up the above conditional logic for the form.
