Form Builder: Conditions page crashes

Dear Jotform Support Team,I hope you are doing well. I am currently experiencing an issue with my form titled “Cadastro para Financia de Veículo.”When I go to Settings → Conditions, the page becomes completely blank and does not load any content. I have waited several minutes, refreshed the page, and tried using different browsers and devices, but the issue persists. It seems like a bug on my account or form that prevents me from viewing or editing the conditions.

Hi,Thank you for your quick response and for checking the issue by cloning my form. As requested, please find below the Console Logs screenshot.

I really appreciate your help, and I’d also like to ask if you could please assist me in fixing the issue directly or applying the following conditional logic setup to my form:

1. Fiador (Roshōnin)

• When the user selects “Sim (Yes)”, the Fiador section fields should become required.
• When the user selects “Não (No)”, the Fiador section fields should remain optional.

2. Informações da Empreiteira / Empresa

• The user can choose one or more options related to companies (there are three sets of fields: name, address, and phone number).
• When a user selects one option, only that corresponding group of fields should become required.
• When multiple options are selected, all selected company fields should become required.

I hope the logs help you identify the issue with the blank page, and I would appreciate it if you could also apply or guide me to properly set up these conditions once the settings page is working again.Thank you very much for your assistance!
