Não consigo ver videos ou fotos que os clientes me enviam

Acredito que eu seja o usuário master, eu acabei de instalar o whatsapp na sua plataforma, mas não consigo visualizar as fotos e videos que os clientes me enviam, dessa forma, não consigo dar um bom suporte pos vendas

I believe that I am the master user, i just installed the whatsapp in your system and I cant see the pictures and videos that the consumer sends, I also cant use in more than one machine at the same time, its possible see the images and videos that the consumers send by whatsapp in your system?
