How do I view the documents that the client sends to the agent within WhatsApp?
Attached is a printout of how it arrives to us.I also need to improve our AI agent, because there are improvements in other systems...
How can I make it understand audio? How can I make it read and understand the documents received?
Is there any integration, anything to improve? In fact, we can't even include ' follow-up' information in customer service. Is there something to do and improve?

Hi gestao_pessoas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I'll need a bit of time to look into it. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hi gestao_pessoas,
We’ve created a ticket and reached out to our Developers to check on how to view and access the documents that clients send to the AI agent within WhatsApp. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
For your other questions, we've moved them to separate threads. For the question regarding:
- Making AI agents understand audio, click here.
- Making AI agents read and understand the documents received from conversations, click here.
- Sending of follow-up information in conversations, click here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi gestao_pessoas,
We are continuously improving the WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram features. Your feature requests (follow-up information and voice understanding) are all very good ideas, and we will definitely put them on our backlog.
For the uploaded documents, you should be able see them in your form submission. We are also ongoing on the implementation for better document handling (for now, we can only process documents if its requested on a form).
Best, Mert
