Estou tentando conectar o agente do meu cliente ao whatts app, primeiro cancelaram o numero da loja do meu cliente e agora com um numero verificado, o agente nao responde.

Now, coming back to your question, did you encounter any error message when trying to connect AI Agent to WhatsApp? If so, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Additionally, can you confirm if you're trying to connect WhatsApp business account to AI Agent? You will need to have a WhatsApp business account that is connected to your Facebook account for you to be able to successfully connect to your AI Agent. If that's the case, can you try using a different browser or device when connecting your AI Agent to WhatsApp? Also, you can try to clear your browser cache and cookies and see if the issue will replicate. You can follow these guides on How to clear Browser Cache:

The error message “Replace this test number with your real business phone number to activate sending capabilities” indicates that your AI agent or WhatsApp integration is currently connected to a test or placeholder number. To fully enable messaging capabilities, especially sending messages to real users, you need to replace the test number with a verified WhatsApp Business phone number. This number must not already be active on a personal WhatsApp account, as it will be migrated to the WhatsApp Business API. You can try to check the following steps below to fix the issue.
1. Confirm WhatsApp Disconnection from other accounts.
Make sure the number is completely removed from:
- WhatsApp Business App (on mobile or web)
- WhatsApp Business API (if used through providers like Twilio, Vonage, etc.)
- Facebook Business Manager > WhatsApp Accounts section
To be sure, remove the number from the Business Manager WhatsApp setup.
2. Wait 3–5 minutes
Even after unlinking, Facebook/Meta may take a few minutes to update and release the number for use again.
3. Clear your browser's cache or Use Incognito Mode, since sometimes cached sessions can cause issues. You can try to use Incognito/Private mode.
Then try to connect the number again and see how it goes. Also, you can try to test it using another number to address the root of the issue. You can check this guide about Connecting multiple WhatsApp numbers to your Facebook Page.

Já estou utilizando um numero oficial fornecido pela da Meta (facebook)a mensagem chega no agente, ele responde, porém não retorna no whatts app.

It seems you're using the free WhatsApp number that are test numbers provided by Meta. They're not real phone numbers, so they can't be used to message actual users. That’s why we’re not able to send messages through WhatsApp using them.
The purpose of this is to test if the integration works. When a conversation is opened to the AI Agent, you'll notice two blue checks on your message, which means the agent received it, and you've set up the integration successfully.
If you want the AI Agent to respond to conversations in WhatsApp, try using a WhatsApp Business Account that's connected to a real phone number. Check out this page to learn more about Integrating your existing WhatsApp Business account with your AI Agent.
