- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains

Now, coming back to your question, why are you not getting a password reset email? I found out that the email address you used to open this support ticket isn't linked to any Jotform account. That's also the reason why you're not getting the password reset email. You can go ahead and Sign Up for Free here on the Jotform account website using the email address.
But if you believe you already have a Jotform account, you can share email addresses with us, and we can check them. If you also have a form's link, you can share it with us. We can also look for a Jotform account using the form ID.

I can receive form submission emails sent to my address (office@penguin-crew.com), so I believe I am connected to an existing form.
However, I cannot receive password reset emails.
Is it possible that the form is owned by a different account/email?
Could you help identify the account owner based on the form or sender details?

The issue has been resolved. It turns out that I was using a different email address for the Jotform account.

Through the email logs, I found the form ID you mentioned. The Jotform account that created the form is gu***a**3@g***l.c**. Your email address was added as the recipient of the Email Notification that's why you're getting them when submissions are made. If you're aware of the email address, you can log in to see the forms and access the submissions.
