郵便番号をいれたら住所が自動表示されるように設定したい

郵便番号をいれたら住所が自動表示されるように設定する方法はどうすればよいですか。

You can achieve this by using the Postal Code Search widget. This widget allows the address fields to be automatically filled in when a postal code is entered. Please follow the steps below to add and set it up:

1.Click on the Widgets tab under the Form Elements section.

2.Type “Postal” to find the Postal Code Search widget in the search field.

3.Click on the Postal Code Search widget to add it to your form.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to automatically display the address in a specific field based on the postal code using the current tools, as there isn’t a built-in feature in Jotform that can fetch data from the internet.

As a workaround, you can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget, which allows you to populate fields based on a pre-uploaded data source. You can find a detailed guide on how to set it up here: How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget.

 ご回答ありがとうございます。各項目を設定し、そしてExcelファイルをアップロードもしたのですが、郵便番号を入れても住所の表示がされないです。どこが原因でしょうか?

既にファイルをアップロードしています。そこから実際に郵便番号をbr/>れると、そのファイルを参br/>して、住所を表示させるように設定しているつもりですが、郵便番号をbr/>れてもそのファイルを参br/>されないのがなぜなのかがわからなく困っています

Hi t_akiyama,

If you share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

And if you can take a screenshot of your Excel file, so we can use the data to test the form. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Keep in mind that you need to input the value in the Spreadsheet to Form widget. If you want the user to input it in a different field, then you need to create a condition to pass the value of the field to the widget. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the field because of the language used. Can you send the label of the field here so we can guide you with the condition you need to create?

下記が自動表示のために設定しているフィールドになります。

上記のフィールドと同じように下記の郵便番号箇所に項目をいれると自動表示されるように設定したいのですがどのように設定すればよいでしょうか。

You need to pass the value added in the Short Text field to the Spreadsheet to Form widget. tHere's how you can set up the condition:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Update/Calculate Field.

4. Set the conditions like you see below:

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found out that it's because the label of the Post code field does not match the label in the Excel file. It’s really easy to fix. You just need to update it and make sure it matches. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Post code field and update the label to 郵便番号.

When I cloned and tested the updated version of your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

But when I tested your form, the same thing happened for me. Can you try to re-upload again the spreadsheet? Or you can also try to remove the Spreadsheet to Form widget and add it again, or Clone the form and see if the issue persists as well on the clone.
