フォームの自動返信メールに登録順にNo.を付記して

Now, coming back to your question, can you share the link to the form you are working on? When you mentioned the registration number, is it something already assigned to a user, or are you looking to generate a new code for them? If you want to generate a unique code for each submission, you can use the Unique ID widget. Or, if you’re looking to populate existing user details into the form based on a registration number or similar ID, the Spreadsheet to Form widget is the right tool for that. Looking for more info?
