Now, coming back to your question, can you share with us the link where your form is embedded and a screenshot of the overlapping texts so we can check and help you with a solution?

In the meantime, if you haven't done so yet, try embedding the form using iFrame embed code as it usually fixes the issue. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
3. Now, select iFrame, and click on Copy Code.
4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

上記のフォームでプライバシーポリシーにチェックを入れず、送信しようとしたときのアラートテキストがボタンと被ってしまいます。

I tried filling out your form using a desktop browser and left the Terms & Conditions widget unfilled, it shows an error message, it overlaps a bit with the submit button. Check out the screenshot below for my results:

The same goes when I tried it on a mobile browser:

After investigating a bit, I found that you've set the widget to a fix height of 60px. Take a look at the screenshot below to see what I mean:

I removed it on my end and the error message no longer overlaps with the button. You can try doing the same on your form to see if it works for you too. Check out the screencast below to see how it looks now:
