診断結果を６タイプに分けてセンキュメールに表示させたいのですが表示ができません。

質問にスコアをつけていますがスコアが間違っているのか？

設定が違うのか？そもそも診断結果をタイプごとに表示できないのか？

改善策を教えて欲しいです。

I cloned your form and noticed a couple of things that might be affecting the scoring logic. The calculation values for your choices include plus signs like +1, +2, which aren’t necessary and could disrupt the way values are totaled. It’s best to use plain numbers such as 1, 2, 0. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Single Choice field and click on the Gear icon to open the Properties.
2. Go to the Options tab, scroll down to the Calculation Values.
3. Update the values and remove the plus sign.

Follow the same steps for all your questions. Now, let's set up your Form Calculation Widget.

1. While in Form Builder, click on Form Calculation widget.

2 . Click on the Wand icon to open the Widget Settings.

3. Then, set the formula like you see below and click on Save.

Then, let's add the Form Calculation on the Thank You Page.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.

3. In the Thank You Page section, click on the Fields tab, and click on the Plus icon to add form fields.
