JOTFOTMのITリソースの分離

お世話になります。現在貴社サービスの採用を検討している朽方と申します。
貴社のサービスを導入するにあたって以下の確認が必要であり、
ご確認いただければ幸いです。
・自社が利用するITリソースと他社が利用するITリソースは物理的もしくは論理的に分離されているか。
⇒例えば、貴社の活用しているAWS、GCPが物理的にサーバーとして、他の会社が利用するサーバと分離しているか

Now, coming back to your question, submission data is being stored on our servers. Jotform servers are co-located in a cloud based architecture with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google Cloud data centers are hosted in Iowa (US). AWS data centers are located both in Germany, Frankfurt (EU) and US, Virginia (US).
