本日朝からJotformのフォームからSalesforceおよびユーザー宛ての受付メールが飛んできません。
(昨日までは問題なく動いてました)
Salesforce側のエラー通知もありません。
ご確認をお願いします。

Now, coming back to your question. To my understanding, the submissions are not sent to Salesforce. I checked the action logs and I can see that all are sent. If there are missing submissions, can you manually resend submission data using Send Data to Other Apps button in Jotform Tables? Let me walk you through the steps:
- In Jotform Tables, click on Add at the end of your column.
- Click on Buttons from the available tab.
- Select Send Data to Other Apps from the available option.
- Then, click on Next button at the bottom of the prompt.
- Enter your preferred name, then click on Next button.
- Check the integration you would like to connect.
- After that, click on Create Column button.
A new column with button will appear. When you click on the button at the relevant row, it'll automatically send the data to your integration. You can also check out this guide on How to Send Data to Other Apps in Jotform Tables.

I try to write in English again about the trouble.
On 20th June, from 10:46 to 13:26, Jotform receive 11 requests, but they weren't send to Salesforce and it couldn't create CASE. So, we couldn't catch their requests, and we knew the trouble from client's claim.
Studying the trouble, about at 14:30 on the day, the requests began to reach to Salesforce suddenly.
Hasn't Jotform System had any troubles especially Sending Message Sysetem during that time?
And, we had the same situation yesterday afternoon. It was late abou 3 hours according to time record both of systems (Salesforce and Jotform) to reach to Salesforce.
Please tell me your idea about this situation and have you heard such claims from your Japanese customers.

Hi Shinjiro,
We have received similar reports recently about the delay with the Salesforce Integration. Our developers are looking into it, but in the meantime, it seems that it has already resolved itself. I've cloned and tested your form and made a test submission which immediately appeared in our Salesforce account. Can you try it again and see how it goes?

Thank you for quick responce.
Actually, it's no ploblem, now. But I wonder it happen again unexpectly. (Because it happened yesterday again...)
What cause this issue, do you think? And which is a problem from Jotform, or Salesforce side? Can you investigate it?
