Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the email sent to the person who filled out your form? Can you share the recipient email address?
You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
For email delivery issues, most of the time, setting up your SMTP as your sender email resolves the issue. This way, notifications will be sent from your SMTP server instead of Jotform’s. Let me walk you through setting it up:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select your Email provider and click on the Continue button. I used Custom SMTP in this example.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
You can also Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked. For more information about custom SMTP, check out our guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form.

下記申請をくださったお客さまにだけ、thank you mailが送信されていませんでした。Submission ID;6235807076314617486
なぜこの方にだけ、thank you mailが送信されなかったのでしょうか?
<補足>
・メール送信エラーも発生していないので、メールの送信自体ができていないと考えられます。・他の方には、きちんとメールが届いています。

Thanks for using Jotform. We take our user's security and privacy very seriously. After checking, I found that our security systems flagged some emails as risky and blocked them. This is a standard process to keep the platform safe for all users, including you. While I cannot share details on our security measures, it seems an input by the user is causing this. I don't expect it to reoccur.
