Now, coming back to your question, if I understand correctly, you’re trying to update the destination path or URL where submissions are sent, specifically to a different Google Sheet or Google Drive folder, without changing any other integration settings. Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible.
For Google Drive, Jotform will automatically create a main folder based on the Title you set during the integration process. You can only configure the subfolder structure using fields from your form (like name or submission ID), but the main folder path or URL can’t be modified after the integration is set.
If you need submissions to go to a different Drive folder, you’ll have to remove the existing integration and reconnect it from scratch.
As for Google Sheets, you’re only given two options during setup: (1) create a new spreadsheet, or (2) send submissions to a new tab within an existing spreadsheet. But again, you can’t manually assign or change the URL of the destination sheet after the integration has been created.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
