Google スプレッドシートにエクスポートすると電話番号のゼロが消える

新規スプレッドシートに書き出すと、電話番号と郵便番号の冒頭の0が消えます。
その後、スプレッドシートの書式設定を変更することで、「新規の申請」は0が消えなくなるのですが、「既存の申請」はすべて0が消えたままになります。

対策はありますか

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. You can use the Phone field instead of the Short text element to insert the phone number. Let me show you how:

First, let's remove the Short Text element used for the Phone Number:

1. In Form Builder, locate the Short Text field you want to remove, in this case 電話番号 and click on it to select it.
2. A trash can icon will appear on the right side of the selected field. Click this icon to delete the field.

Now, let's add the new Phone field:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the Phone element, and then drag and drop them onto your form.
