Salve,
ricevo notifica che lo spazio di caricamento è quasi esaurito.
ho solo 2 moduli attivi, da cui ho tolto tutte le vecchie submission e le ho anche cancellate dal cestino.
potete verificare?

Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and recalculated your limits. Can you try reloading the page and check if the same issue happens again?

You still haven’t replied to my question from the previous message. I find this to be a very poor way of dealing with a customer. If you don’t respond or resolve the issue by September 18th, I will switch to another platform. Paying for a service and not receiving it is quite wrong, don’t you think?

Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate your previous message. The one we received and replied is this one about Upload Space being full. Did you perhaps open a Support Ticket from a different account? If so, can you share the ticket URL so we can check?

The ticket is exactly the one you mentioned from August 23rd. I keep getting the notification that I don't have enough space, even though I’ve cleared everything there was to delete.

Hi Francesco,
I checked your upload space, and it’s showing 0.00B out of 10.00 GB. Your account upload space is under the limit, so you should be able to access your forms and upload files without any issues. You might want to check out our guide about Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and Limits.Also, when we check your email logs, we cannot see such an email. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
