Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the links to your forms added to your website? If yes, I opened all forms on your website and was able to open them without any issues. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

If you're looking to embed the forms to your website, you can try using the iFrame method. Let me show you where to find the form's iFrame code:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Go to Embed.
3. Select iFrame.
4. Click on the Copy Code button.
