Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening? Is the error happening when you try to upload an image in the Form Builder like a logo or an image field, or when someone is filling out the form and tries to upload a picture?

Whether it’s a screenshot or a screen recording, anything visual you can share will help us out. You can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link, and Loom works great for video too. Or check our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center to send a screenshot.
