How to Self-Sign a Document in the Jotform Sign Mobile App

Jotform makes it easy to sign documents yourself on the go with the Jotform Sign Mobile App. You can quickly add your signature to contracts, agreements, or any form directly from your mobile device, no printing or scanning required. It’s a fast, secure, and convenient way to complete documents anytime, anywhere.

You can easily self-sign a document in the Jotform Sign Mobile App in a few simple steps. Here’s how to get going:

  1. On your Jotform Sign Mobile App, at the bottom of the screen, tap on the Green Plus icon.

  1. Then, in the Create Signable Docs window that comes up, tap on Self-Sign.

  1. Now, select one of the following options:
    • Upload Documents — Upload a document from your device. 
    • Scan Document Scan a paper document using your device’s camera. 
    • My Documents — Select a document you’ve previously created with Jotform Sign.

  1. Assuming you selected Upload Documents, once your file is uploaded, enter a name for it in the Document Name field, and then in the top-right corner of the screen, tap on Next.

  1. Next, at the bottom of the screen, tap on Add Element.

  1. Then, add Document Elements as needed. For example, the Signature element.

  1. Next, at the bottom of the screen, tap on Start Signing.

  1. Then, enter or draw your signature depending on your setup, and tap on Finish.

  1. Finally, tap on Accept and Sign, and you’re all set!
