Creating new assets in Jotform Teams allows your team build and manage shared Forms, AI Agents, Workflows, Apps, E-Sign Documents, Tables, Reports, or Boards, all in one central workspace. Whether you’re designing a form or setting up a workflow, Jotform Teams helps keep everything organized and accessible for your whole team.
Creating new Assets in your Jotform Team is pretty simple. Here’s how to do it:
- On your My Workspace page, click on the team you want to create new assets for on the left side of the screen. For example, the Content Creation Team.
- Then, click on Create on the top-left side of the screen.
- Now, choose the Asset you want to create, and you’ll be redirected to its respective builder:
- Form — Create and customize forms to collect information easily.
- AI Agent — Create AI Agents to automate conversations and enhance customer interactions.
- Workflow — Automate processes and streamline approvals with workflows.
- App — Build and design custom apps without coding.
- Sign Document — Send documents for electronic signatures quickly and securely.
- Table — Organize and manage data in a spreadsheet-style table.
- Report — Generate visual reports to analyze and share collected data.
- Board — Track tasks, manage projects, and collaborate with your team in a kanban-style view.
Once created, your Asset will be automatically saved and listed on your Teams Workspace page for easy access.
