How to Connect Your Twilio Account to Jotform AI Agents

You can use Jotform’s AI Phone Agent feature with your own phone number or with numbers from your Twilio account. All you need to do is connect your Twilio account!

Here’s what you’ll get:

• Use your personal or Twilio phone numbers.
• Assign any of them to your AI Agent.
• Reach more users by supporting more countries.

Connecting Your Twilio Account to Jotform AI Agents

Connecting your Twilio account to assign a phone number to your AI Agent is pretty simple. Here’s how to do it:

1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Phone Agent in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Then, click on Buy Number.

4. Next, in the Select a Country section, click on Can’t Find your Country?

5. Now, click on the Connect Your Twilio Account link below the Share Your Comment field.

6. Now, in the Connect to Twilio Numbers window, add the following information. Check out this guide about How to Get Your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token for more details about it.
   • Twilio SID — This is the unique ID for your Twilio account.
   • Twilio Auth Token —This is the password that authenticates your connection from your Twilio account.
7. Then, click on Authenticate.

8. Finally, select the Twilio Number you want to use as your phone number and then click on Assign Number at the bottom of the window, and you’re all set.

Your Twilio phone number has been successfully linked to your AI Agent. You can now start making and receiving calls or messages directly through your AI Agent using your own number.

Getting Your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token

If you don’t have your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token yet, or aren’t sure how to get one, it’s easy to do. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Twilio account and in your Account Dashboard, under the Account Info section, you’ll find both the Account SID and Auth Token. Click on the Copy icon next to each to get your Twilio credentials.
