Can I connect multiple Twilio numbers?

    Can I connect multiple Twilio numbers? one to each different AI Agent I have?

    or does one have to setup Twilio sub-accounts to the Main Account. I just want to handle inbound calls to my AI Agent(s) but want to keep the usage for each number separate if possible

    Thanks for reaching out. to Jotform Support. You can connect multiple Twilio numbers and assign one to each of your AI Agents. Each number can handle inbound calls for its designated Agent independently. Note that you create Twilio sub-accounts under your main account. This setup keeps everything organized, each sub-account can have its own number, call logs, and usage tracking, while you still manage everything from one main dashboard.

    Thanks for the update and explanation on this Keenly. Do I manually need to create a Twilio account myself, then setup sub accounts, or are you able to that when i 'purchase' a number from the Jotform Side?

    Hi Emile,

    You will need to manually create your Twilio account and set up any sub-accounts yourself. Jotform does not create Twilio accounts or sub-accounts on your behalf when you purchase a number through our platform. This means you manage your Twilio main account and sub-accounts directly within Twilio's system, allowing you to assign numbers and track usage as needed for your AI Agents.
