Aweber integration: How to update a field if the respondant is recorded in Aweber?

Bonjour, lorsqu'une personne finalise un formulaire elle est inscrite sur une liste de Aweber (intégrée au formulaire). Je souhaiterai lui affecter un tag spécifique si elle répond positivement à une question du formulaire. Est-ce-que cela est possible? Dans l'attente de votre réponse. Bonne journée.

À la question neuf (9) si la personne clique sur la première réponse je voudrais qu'un tag spécifique lui soit assigné lorsqu'elle sera inscrite sur la liste de Aweber reliée au formulaire.

Je peux revoir mon questionnaire pour qu'il n'y est que un clic pour valider cette possibilité.

Merci de ces précisions. L'intégration Aweber permet de transmettre les données de vos formualires vers vos listes Aweber mais, malheureusement, il n'est pas encore possible d'aller dans l'autre sens qui consiste d'importer des données d'un compte Aweber vers un formulaire Jotform.

Cette fonctionnalité n'étant pas encore disponible. Je fais suivre auprès de nos développeurs. Je ne peux vous dire à ce jour quand cette fonctionnalité sera prête, tout dépend de la demande, de la viabilité de la fonctionnalité et des priorités de nos développeurs. Soyez néanmoins assurée que dès qu'elle sera disponible, nous reviendrons sur cette discussion pour vous en informer. Merci de votre patience et de votre compréhension.

Merci de votre retour, mais je crois que vous n'avez pas compris, quand une personne répond au formulaire elle est inscrite dans la liste Aweber que j'ai choisi. Cela ca fonctionne. je voudrais en plus que lorsque la personne répond à la question 9 par oui (un exemple) il lui soit assigné un tag spécifique en plus d'être inscrite dans la liste Aweber (le tag étant dans Aweber). J'espère avoir été claire dans mon explication. Merci. Elisa

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe the event in Zapier for Jotform is still limited to new submissions and new signed documents, so I think it is still not possible. However, you may verify in Zapier by checking out this page.

With Jotform Workflows, you can use Conditional Branches or If/Else conditions to automatically send submissions to the right place—whether it’s a list, board, folder, or channel—based on field values, form filler's answers, or workflow outcomes. Here’s what to do:

1. In Workflow Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the screen.

2. Then, in the menu that opens, click on the Conditional Branch element* to add it to your workflow (*used as an example).

3. Hover your mouse over the Form element, click on the Dot that appears around the edges of it, and drag the line to the Conditional Branch element.

4. Next, click on Add Conditions and then click on Add a New Branch. 

5. In the Conditional Branch Properties window, enter Branch Name and set your conditions.

6. Then, click on Save twice to close the pop-up menu.

7. In the menu on the left side of the screen, go to the Integrations tab.

8. Select the integrations you want to use in the list and drag and drop them to your workflow. For example, we used OneDrive.

9. Then, hover your mouse over the Conditional Branch element and click on the Dot that appears around the edges of it.

10. Now, drag the line to the integration and then select a Branch for it.

11. Click on Complete Settings and finish configuring your integration.
