Problème nommage fichiers PDF vers Google Drive

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème sur la génération du nom de PDF, j'ai bien ajouté les éléments souhaités à savoir

• La date d'intervention
• L'heure d'intervention
• Le nom de la société
• Le prénom du contact
• Le nom du contact
• Le code postal de l'intervention

Le nom du PDF regénéré dans Google Drive (grâce au plugin d'intégration) est toujours l'ancien. Seul le date d'intervention apparait.

When Creating your Google Drive folder, rename it so that the PDF file will automatically have the same name as your Google Drive folder. You can easily rename the folder in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigational bar, click on Settings.
2. Go to Integration, click on the search bar, and search Google Drive.
3. Click on Google Drive and click on Authenticate.
4. Edit or Rename the second folder, and click on Complete Integration and Finish.

En définitif je ne cherche pas à modifier le nom du dossier mais le nom du fichier.

Je souhaite un "nom de dossier = date du jour de l'intervention" (exemple : 01/01/2023)

J'y arrive.

Mais je souhaite le "nom du fichier = date du jour de l'intervention + Nom du client" (exemple : 01/01/2023 MR SMITH.PDF)

ça je n'y arrive pas

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. Let me help you set that up:

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigational bar, click on Settings.
2. Go to Integration, click on the search bar, and search Google Drive.
3. Click on Google Drive and click on Edit Integration.
4. Go to the Second Folder and Erase the second folder name.
5. Click on the Form Fields with the Arrow Down.
6. Select the Date d'intervention prévue and the Nom du contact.
7. Finally, click on Complete Integration and Finish.

Merci pour vos éléments c'est très clair, le nom du fichier PDF est au format voulu. Merci.

Le problème c'est que le nom du dossier change et je ne souhaite pas qu'il change.

L'objectif est d'avoir un dossier par date pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'imprimer tous les fichiers d'une date d'un coup.

Comment faire ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We cannot put all the submissions together in the same folder unless they have the same name. If you want the file names to have date + name, it will always create a new folder for every submission.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers to allow to add more folder to have a specific date field, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
