Voilà le message ci-dessous que nous recevons pourtant nous avons de l'argent dans la carte visa

Thanks for your patience and understanding. I've just heard back from our Billing team. They have pushed a quick fix that would allow you to complete your payment. Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes? If you still can't proceed with your payment after giving it another try, could you try using a different card to see if this will fix the issue?
If none of the solutions above works, please let us know. We'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward.
