Bonjour, Mon compte n’affiche pas l’option “Boutique / Store” dans le bouton + CRÉER. Quand je clique sur “Générateur de boutique en ligne”, je suis redirigée vers le Générateur d’applications. Pouvez-vous activer la fonctionnalité “Store Builder” sur mon compte ? Merci !

Concernant l'option « Boutique / Store » qui n'apparaît pas dans votre compte et le fait que le « Générateur de boutique en ligne » vous redirige vers le Générateur d'applications, il semble que la fonctionnalité « Store Builder » ne soit pas activée automatiquement sur tous les comptes.

Malheureusement, il n'existe pas d'option pour activer directement cette fonctionnalité via les paramètres utilisateur. Cette fonctionnalité est liée à la création et gestion des boutiques via Jotform Apps, et l'accès peut dépendre du type de compte ou des permissions spécifiques.

Je vous recommande de vérifier votre type de compte et vos options dans votre espace de travail. Si vous avez un plan standard, certaines fonctionnalités avancées comme le Store Builder peuvent ne pas être disponibles sans un plan adapté.

Now, coming back to your question, Store builder is the App Builder. We just have to add the Product List field, then you'll be able to add your products. Let me show you how:

1. In App Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
2. Next, click on the Product List field to add it to your app.

Now, you can integrate your app to your preferred payment provider and add your products in it. We also have a guide on How to Create a Jotform Store from Scratch and Publish It that you can check out.

Ok but it don't give me the option to put the exposition fee in my app

Are you referring to adding shipping fees to your products? If so, this is not a supported feature in App Builder yet. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, consider creating a form. In the form, you'll be able to add a shipping fee to your products. It's really easy to add a shipping fee for your products in Jotform, you just need to enable the Shipping feature. Let me help you with it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
2. Click on the Wand icon on the right side of the field.
3. In the menu on the right side of the page, under the Shipping tab, toggle the Enable Shipping option to the On position.
4. Now, just choose a Charge Basis and define a Shipping Cost. That's it.

If you choose Per Product Item in the Charge Basis section, you can set different prices for each item and add extra costs. You can also select Per Transaction (Flat Rate) for a fixed fee. Check out the screencast below for an example that shows the Per Product Item option selected:
