Formulaire de Lettre Ouverte : Collecte de Signatures avec Champ Profession sans Signature Manuscrite

j'etais sur le formulaire qui a disparu et je ne le retrouve pas

je ne veux pas que les gens signent à la main (trop cher et inutile)

juste qu'ils signent en mettant leur profession

j'ai le texte de la lettre ouverte en word et pdf
