J'ai confirmé que la déconnexion a été faite à partir de cet appareil. Ensuite, j'ai demandé comment faire pour supprimer définitivement mon compte. J'ai également confirmé par "Oui" à une question posée par l'agent, et j'ai demandé de créer un ticket.

Now, coming back to your question, you can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, a verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the six-digit authentication code and click on Verify.

You can first try clearing your browser's cache and logging back into your account before performing the steps to delete your account as this usually helps with temporary issues.

The account has been deleted. It will stay on Jotform's server for 90 days before being permanently purged. In case you change your mind and want the account back, you can open a new support request thread for the support team to reactivate it.
