Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and you're still under the limits of the Bronze plan. I also checked some of your forms, but I don't see any issues or messages about being over quota. Can you share with us the link to the form that you embedded on Canva so we can further check?
Meanwhile, you can try clearing the cache of your form before embedding it into Canva, as it usually helps with temporary issues. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
