Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème avec la connexion de mon agent AI à Instagram via Jotform. Mon compte Instagram est bien un compte professionnel, et j’ai vérifié toutes les étapes de connexion, mais l’agent ne s’affiche pas et ne fonctionne pas sur Instagram. J’ai également vérifié la session, changé de réseau, et tout semble correct de mon côté. Pourriez-vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème ? Merci d’avance pour votre assistance. Voulez-vous que je vous aide à personnaliser ce message ou à l’envoyer ?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can easily enable your AI Agent to respond to messages sent to your Instagram Business account. Let me show you how:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Instagram Agent.
3. Next, click on Log in with Instagram.
4. In the Instagram Login page, enter your Instagram credentials and click on Log In.
5. In the Confirmation window that opens, click on Allow.

Hi patrickcosculluela,
Can you click on Authorize that you're showing in the screenshot? Here’s what to do next:
- Now, go back to Instagram Agent and click on Log in with Instagram again.
- In the Instagram Integration window that opens, click on Allow.
- After connecting your Instagram Business account, choose which sources your Instagram Agent should learn from—your Bio, Posts, DMs, or all of them—and then click on Next.
- After your Instagram Agent learns from your Instagram account, it’s ready to use. Just click on Complete to connect it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- Now, go back to Instagram Agent and click on Log in with Instagram again.

Hi, I never see this screen after logging in - that’s where the problem lies :). it always comes back to your start of Instagram.

Can you make a new try once logged in your account using your browser private mode, or using anther browser? If it fails again, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.

I see that it’s connected to my private Instagram and not to PC Consulting. Should I delete the personal account ut still not working. Question; I connect with my private email and not with PC consulting email.

Hi patrickcosculluela,
If you would like to connect a different Instagram account, you will need to disconnect the current Instagram account. Here's how to do it:
1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on Instagram Agent on the left side of the screen.
3. On the right side of the connected Instagram account, click on the three vertical dots.
4. On the dropdown menu, click on Disconnect Account.
